Setup Of Zimbra in Outlook 2003/2007

1. Open a web browser such as Internet explorer or Firefox
2. In the address bar type zimbra.itx.net/zimbra/downloads/index.html
3. Select “ZimbraOlkConnector-6.0.2_GA_1912_6.0.5736.2.msi”
4. Save the file and select run




















5. Follow prompts to install the Zimbra connector
6. Go through the setup prompts by clicking next




























7. Once it asks for server information enter the following
8. Server name: zimbra.yourcompanyhere.com (i.e. zimbra.itx.net)
9. E-mail address: yourname@zimbra.yourcompanyhere.com (i.e. joe@zimbra.itx.net)
10. Enter the password provided to you
11. Hit OK to apply the settings and sync your mail with outlook
















Once you have completed these steps and Outlook has accepted the settings that you entered it will begin to synchronize your mail, calendar, and contacts with what is on the Zimbra mail server. This may take several minutes depending on how much information needs to be synced with the server.
