Reinstalling Screwdrivers Be sure to log off the ITX server before starting this process. On Windows XP, open the Control Panel and select 'Add/Remove Programs' On Windows Vista and 7, open the Control Panel and select 'Programs and Features' Locate 'Screwdrivers Client' Right click and select Uninstall Once uninstall is complete, browse to http://support.itx.net and click on the Printing link to download the new version of Screwdrivers. Be sure to select the 64bit option only if you have a 64bit operating system. Contact our helpdesk if you need assistance determining this. |
